Farrell Insurance Agency opened its doors over 45 years ago in Palm Springs, California. In 1979, State Farm selected Dennis Farrell to open a new State Farm Agency in Palm Springs. Two years later, Dennis was awarded membership in State Farm’s elite President’s Club, a national award given to the top 50 State Farm Insurance agents for health insurance production that year. During the next 16 years Dennis spent time growing his multiple line insurance agency. Dennis grew his local presence by joining Toastmasters and serving as Treasurer for the Palm Springs Harley Owners Group, Southern California Chapter of the National Association of State Farm Agents, and Palm Springs Sun-Up Rotary. Dennis served as President of the Palm Springs Sun-up Rotary, is a Rotary Paul Harris Fellow, and provides financial support to The Rotary Foundation.
In 1997 Dennis opened an independent insurance agency in Palm Desert named Farrell & Associates Insurance Services. An Independent insurance agency offers insurance products from a multitude of insurance companies. Insurance companies focus on specific quality of risk through their own product line. While there are insurance companies that focus on preferred risk, others focus on risks with blemished claim history. Access to these insurance companies allows us to offer insurance coverage for all types of risks. Farrell & Associates also brokers insurance products through companies like Lloyds of London that specialize in niche insurance markets.
In 2019 Farrell & Associates added the state of Oregon to its expanding base of operations. Offering our product line to residents and businesses in Oregon allows us to expand our quality of service to all Oregonians.
The broad portfolio of insurance markets allows Farrell & Associates to sell and service auto, home, life, health, commercial, general liability, personal and commercial rental properties, worker compensation, earthquake, flood, and other insurance products.
